The site already builds on his argument that Planck's constant measures the zero-point field's density, and it reached the corpus through Douglas Miller rather than from him. Citing the argument and omitting its author would be dishonest. State the provenance plainly at the same time: Setterfield is a creationist, his site is titled Genesis Science Research, and a young-universe reading of Genesis is his stated motivation for the varying-light-speed idea. Neither fact settles the physics, which is assessable on its own terms by the test Miller names against himself - a measurement that separates Planck's constant from the fine-structure constant.

The directory carried the modern chain - Puthoff, Haisch, Rueda - without its origin. The zero-point field is not a recent idea: Planck's second radiation paper of 1911 introduced the term and Nernst, in 1916, took it seriously as a real field filling space and carried it to Einstein.
