Electromagnetic field generator and method to generate an electromagnetic field
Salvatore Pais · US Department of Navy
In one minute
Salvatore Pais’s 2015 Navy patent specifies an electromagnetic-field generator built around a charged shell. The preferred shell contains piezoelectric ceramic material that makes it vibrate at high frequency while an electric motor spins it; the document shows spherical, hemispherical, and disk versions. Its physics is a proposal. Pais writes that the combined rotation and vibration would interact with and polarize the local vacuum. The patent’s Poynting-vector calculation gives field-energy flux values for a two-metre shell with a surface charge density and rotation rate, then adds high-frequency vibration. It specifies a power plant, electrostatic generators, thermoelectric conversion, shell materials, and, in one embodiment, radioactive dopants intended to produce gamma rays. The filing describes a generator and proposed applications; it does not report a completed field generator or a measurement of the proposed vacuum response.
Connection
Chapter 8 is named for this effect, and this patent is where its parameters are written down — the charge density, the spin rate, the vibration band, and the field intensity they are calculated to produce. It is also the clearest statement in the Navy's own filings of the lever chapters 3 and 4 pull on: put enough charge on a surface, spin it and shake it fast enough, and the vacuum answers.
From the source
Artificially generated high energy electromagnetic fields interact strongly with the Vacuum Energy Field — the aggregate state composed of the superposition of all quantum fields' fluctuations permeating the fabric of spacetime — thereby giving rise to emergent physical phenomena such as force and matter fields unification. Background
Simultaneous coupling of hyper-frequency axial rotation with hyper-frequency vibration of an electrically charged system is the condition under which the rules of quantum field behaviour apply to macroscopic entities, and a high degree of vacuum energy polarization can be achieved in a laboratory using minimally charged objects in an acceleration mode. Background; Description
A spherical shell of 2 m radius charged to a surface density of 50,000 coulombs per square metre and spun at 30,000 rpm generates an electromagnetic field intensity of 10²⁴ watts per square metre; coupling that rotation with vibration frequencies in the 10⁹ to 10¹⁸ hertz range raises it to between 10²⁴ and 10²⁸ watts per square metre.Description, Equations 1 and 2
The apparatus is specified as buildable hardware: an epoxy-ceramic composite shell in an aluminium matrix with embedded polarized lead zirconate titanate crystals, two Pelletron electrostatic generators reaching 30 MV, a helium-cooled pebble bed fission reactor delivering 1 to 10 MW, a thermoelectric generator, and a high-speed electric motor driving a cruciform strut framework.Description; Claims 1 to 4
Doping the ceramic-aluminium shell with cobalt-57 or iron-57 makes its high-frequency vibration induce the Mossbauer Effect — the recoilless emission of gamma rays — amplifying the electromagnetic energy intensity the system produces.Description; Claims 5, 7 and 11
Because no counter-torque mechanism is provided, the spinning shell undergoes curvilinear translation, a displacement from conservation of angular momentum similar to a spinning top, and that translation speed is one of the terms in the field intensity equation.Description, Equation 1
