Searl Magnetronix filed this patent in 2014 and the United States Patent and Trademark Office granted it in 2018. It specifies a generator with no fuel and no drive shaft: three concentric rings, called stators, each ringed by free cylindrical rollers. Stators and rollers are pressed from powdered aluminium, silicon, sulphur, titanium and neodymium, clad in 99.9 per cent copper, then magnetically imprinted with a repeating wave the patent calls magnetic bubbles. Match the roller wave to the stator wave, the patent argues, and the motion produces a constant asymmetric force that keeps the rollers turning, while eddy currents in the copper lift them clear so nothing touches; pick-up coils and a tuned tank circuit take the current out. The document is explicit about where it says the power comes from — zero-point energy, converted through electron spin — and it names two signatures a builder could look for: the surrounding air cools, and the machine loses weight as its output rises. This is the Searl Effect Generator written as an engineering specification.
Connection
Chapter 6 asks what a vacuum-energy machine would look like once someone has to commit to materials, ratios and a control circuit, and this patent is that commitment written down. Its two stated signatures — a temperature drop and a weight loss under load — are exactly the measurements chapter 11 cares about, because either one seen cleanly in an independent laboratory would move this a long way up the ladder.
