Counter-rotating cavities provide mechanical stability; the claims specify inert gas and asymmetric wedge-shaped resonators. The description predicts gravitational-wave power around 10¹⁰ watts using an assumed electromagnetic flux around 10³³ watts per square metre and magnetic fields around 10¹⁰ tesla. Its proposed room-temperature superconducting wiring uses a metal-coated insulating core exposed to abrupt electromagnetic pulses, making the wiring treatment another substantive part of the device concept.
